Do friends matter in-order to be Successful in Life?

Do friends really matter in order to get success?

We have so many friends who help in preparing for exams or help to getting out of some tough situations and friends who help during the exam etc.

Well, If you ask me, I'll say friends will play a major role in our success or failure. Let me give some examples maybe you find unrealistic:

Mark Zukerberg, when he invited 5 of his friends to his room in order to discuss the idea of  "Facebook". only two people attended the meeting and both are now billionaires.
1) Dustin Moskovitz
2)Eduardo Saverin
I don't want to mention, Joe Green said no to Facebook, as a result, he was not part of one of the revolutionizing companies in the world.
Similarly, Bill Gates started Microsoft with his friend "Paul Allen", during his college days.  here would like to mention something, Bill gates didn't start Microsoft after dropping out of college. Bill Gates and Zuckerberg dropped out of college in order to manage their companies which was started earlier while they were studying in Universities/Graduation.

Similarly, Larry Page founded "Google" with his friend "Sergey Brin".
But at the same time, you have to keep eye on your friend's nature also, whether he was trying to develop or he was spoiling the future.
By the term, "spoiling future", I don't mean bunks or decreasing your grades kind of thing. I mean If your friend making you skillless, then there is no point making him a friend.
You can argue that he was helping you in your hard times like giving you money for your wants and some other but at the same time, he was spoiling you.

Let me give my example, I'm a student at xxx university and a student at a training Institute(Board Infinity), and a blogger(maintaining two blogs), open-source contributor, and I'm maintaining an 8.5/10 grade in my university and parallelly I'm publishing my research kind of works in journals and doing my projects and having a family time. I'm doing all these 24/7. How can a student manage his time between all these things? and the answer is because of my friends, I honestly say my friends submit most of my assignments and help me with some internal works and discussing the related stuff, and helping me to manage all these things.

Sir Virat Kohli said that "the reason for his success is having less number of friends", To know about it Click here.
It may be true in his case but in most cases, good friends will make a good change in our lives.

If you are given a task and asked to challenge some people, mostly you'll tag some non-familiar persons, but it's not the case with Bill Gates or Satya Nadella they will challenge other CEOs like Elon Musk, Zukerberg, etc. So make friends according to your range and your goal.

Note: I hereby want to thank each and every friend who was helping me,(I'm sorry I couldn't mention your names)
Note: If you are confused about what is success? I'll try to discuss it in another blog.
